Most of us think that we have a pretty healthy lifestyle and eating habits.  As a Yoga teacher and Holistic Health Coach, I certainly thought so. There is so much (hidden) sugar in our foods, the average person is now consuming 17 teaspoons of sugar a day!! By choosing to eat nutrient dense, delicious whole foods, I have personally experienced amazing changes to my own body. I lost 25 pounds (over a couple of months, and my husband has lost over 75 pounds and is still going strong. We both have lots more energy, are sleeping better, stay full longer, are thinking more clearly, and the inflammation in my shoulder has diminished, and so much more.
