What is Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep,” is usually done lying down, in your most comfortable position. Said to be the equivalent of 4 hours of sleep, Yoga Nidra frees your body’s innate resilience while deeply healing from the ravages of stress.  The teacher leads you through a series of stages designed to deeply heal the body/mind (the body feels like it's sleeping, but isn’t).  Check out the first class and only pay if you decide to join!  We know you will LOVE it!
