Essential Ingredients of Your GROUP Coached 21 Day Sugar Detox:

  • You'll enjoy the support of our online private Facebook community to share ideas, answer your questions, brainstorm about recipes and time management strategies. (People who commit to making lifestyle changes are exponentially more successful when they have a support system of like-minded people, and accountability!)

  • 5 group coaching phone calls (45-60 minutes each) with Jordana.

  • Your Personal Notebook to track your progress, we'll use it on our calls!

  • As a stress and resilience expert, Jordana will also provide you with relaxation and meditation tips to help keep your cortisol (stress hormone) levels humming away, happily.  This helps keep you on track for those moments where stress may tempt you into your old habits.

  • We will also support each other in setting and keeping goals for movement (walking, yoga, etc).

  • Nutrient-dense and filling menu plans, shopping lists, recipes.

  • A "Yes/No" list, so you will know exactly which foods you can eat (as much of as you like) and which foods to avoid.

  • There will be daily emails for you to learn about the healthy benefits of the foods you will be eating.
  • We will be sharing recipes, discoveries and our successes on our Facebook page.
